Stoneyhill Breakfast & After School Club

At breakfast club the children are encouraged to hang their bags and coats up ready to wash their hands for breakfast. The children can choose from toast or cereal with milk or water to drink. Each morning the room is set up with different toys and resources for the children to explore and rest before the day begins.

At after school club snack that has been chosen by the children is prepared and set out by staff and we encourage the children to serve themselves. Different play resources are set out and we have a children’s chosen activity on offer every session. We complete play observations to help us plan themed weeks for the children.

We encourage outdoor play and use both sides of the playground plus the park and other local areas. Our outdoor play is free flow and the children are encouraged to take responsibility for ensuring they let staff know where they would like to play.

Please ensure you have read our parent handbook before registering. This can be found under the childcare tab on the home page of our website.
