If making a booking after 1st July, you have a 7-day cooling off period where you can cancel or amend from
the date of your booking.

You can make changes to your childcare agreement including cancelling, adding or removing sessions during the following dates –

12-19th October 2026
21st December 2026 – 5th January 2027
12th – 22nd February 2027
26th March – 19th April 2027

All cancellations must be submitted via your iPal portal. No cancellations can be made at any other time of the year.

No cancellations will be processed if your ELOSCN account is an arrears.
