October Holiday Club 2026

We will be opening our Stoneyhill and Letham Mains settings on Monday 12th, Tuesday 13th, Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th, our Friday 16th trip day, and Monday 19th. Our Law setting will be open Monday the 12th, Tuesday the 13th, Wednesday the 14th, Thursday the 15th and Friday the 16th. Our sessions are for school aged children only.

We are SO pleased to mention that we have managed to secure some funding to keep our trip day the same amount as our regular holiday club sessions, so this is why it is not on a separate tile and is bookable alongside the other sessions.

Please see our planner attached, and please have a look through this ensuring to provide your child with suitable clothing for their session. Please note that we aim to be outdoors everyday! Some of the children from our Summer Holiday Club provision suggested some activities which I have included in our planner ✨

Your child will require a nut free packed lunch for their session, we provide a light morning and afternoon snack.

Any medication please ensure that you organise this directly with the setting that your child will be attending, and complete any relevant iPal forms correctly ahead of their session, ensuring that they have what they need. Please note that if your child has medication in their regular setting, but requires this at a different setting for Holiday Club you must communicate with your setting and collect this ahead of your child’s first session at Holiday Club, ensuring that it is then returned for their return to breakfast / after school club.

Please note that there is a cut off period for bookings, and that these are also subject to availability, and first come first served. Please ensure to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

Please note that our bookings as always are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled once booked, so please do ensure to double check when booking that you have selected what you need.
